The scientific interest of members of the Committee includes broad fields of experimental (human and animal) and clinical immunology. Members of the Committee are experts in the immunogerontology, experimental and clinical transplantology, experimental immunotherapy, pathogenessis of current and future human infections, mechanisms of pathogen virulence, molecular epidemiology of infections, early and late consequences of infections, resistance to antibiotics as a multidisciplinary problem. The Committee has been created in 1969.
